Group previews: share several ads with one link

Can I bundle my ads together and send my client one link with all of them? Yes. Group two to ten previews from the same client dashboard, such as a search ad, a Meta ad and a video ad, and share the group with one link. Your client switches between the ads from that link. Each preview in the group stays its own preview, and you edit each one on its own.

How do I group previews I already made?

1. Open the client dashboard and find its Previews list.
2. Tick the box on two to ten previews. A Group button appears next to Previews, with the number you ticked, such as Group 3.
3. Click it. Group 3 previews opens. Type a Group name, up to 100 characters. It starts as the first preview's name plus Group.
4. Click Create group. The message says Group created with 3 previews. Click View Group to open it.

The Group button only shows when two to ten previews are ticked. Programmatic previews cannot go in a group, and the app says Programmatic previews stay out of format groups.

You can also group previews as you make them. In New Preview, pick Multi-Channel, and on the last step leave Group these previews ticked. See Multi-channel previews.

How do I share the group?

In the Previews list, the group has its own row with three buttons:

• Copy group link copies the link. The message says Group link copied.
• Share settings opens sharing for the group link.
• Group settings lets you rename the group and change which previews are in it.

Send the copied link to your client. They see one tab for each ad in the group and switch between them. When you edit a preview, the group link shows the change, so you do not send a new link.

Approval is part of the Studio plan, and it works on a single preview's link, not on a group link. To collect a sign-off on Studio, share each preview that needs approval on its own. See Approve a preview.

How do I add another preview to a group, or remove one?

1. In the Previews list, click Group settings on the group's row.
2. Under Members, the count shows how many are in the group, such as 3 / 10.
3. To add one, type in Search previews to add... and pick a preview. When the group has ten, the box reads Max members reached.
4. To take one out, click Remove from group next to it.
5. Click Save Changes. The message says Group updated.

Inside an open group, the tab bar at the top also has Add preview to group, and Remove from group on each tab.

Removing a preview from a group does not delete the preview. It stays in the dashboard's Previews list.

What does a group not do?

• A group holds at most ten previews, all from one dashboard.
• It does not merge the ads. Each preview keeps its own copy, comments and status.
• A group link cannot collect approval. On Studio, use the single preview's link for that.
