Common questions
Where do AdMinerX shopping offers come from?
AdMinerX shopping offers come from the same saved page as the ads. AdMinerX keeps the shopping ads and product listings on that page, with title, price and advertiser. The capture page's shopping offers table also shows each offer's link. The Products sheet of the spreadsheet has Type, Product Title, Price, Advertiser, Image Link, Subtext, Additional Text and Keyword, with no link column. Shopping offers do not go into the editor preview.
Where do AdMinerX related searches come from?
AdMinerX takes them from the same saved page. It keeps the related searches, the People also ask and People also search for phrases, and the search suggestions saved with the page. Each one is listed as a keyword with match type Broad. They are not ads.
Can AdMinerX run the search for me?
Yes, through Albert, where Albert's Do it cards are switched on for your workspace. Ask Albert to search Google for your phrase in AdMinerX. He shows a card with the phrase, where it runs from and how many ads it keeps, and the search runs only when you click Do it. The ads land as a new job in AdMinerX job history. The AdMinerX page itself has no search box. There you upload a saved page with Upload saved page (.html).
Can I choose a city, country or language in AdMinerX?
On Pro, yes, when Albert runs the search. Name a city, a country and a language in your request. Albert knows 12 large US cities by name, such as Chicago, Dallas or Seattle. For any other place, write City,Region,Country, for example Austin,Texas,United States. A country and a language each go as a two-letter code, such as dk for Denmark and da for Danish. Without a city, a Pro search runs from New York.
Is there a daily limit on AdMinerX searches?
Uploads have no daily limit. Searches Albert runs do. On Lite you get 3 in any 24 hours, and Albert then says Daily search limit reached. Upgrade to Pro for more searches. Pro has no daily limit, but a monthly allowance applies, on Lite and Pro alike, over any 30 days. Every search that runs counts toward the daily limit, even one that finds no ads or that you cancel. The monthly allowance mostly grows with the ads a search keeps. AdMinerX searches and AdScanner scans have separate limits.
Are AdMinerX limits per person or per workspace?
Per person. The daily searches, the monthly allowance and your job history follow your own sign-in, in every workspace you open AdMinerX from. Your plan, Lite or Pro, comes from the PPC Ad Editor workspace you open AdMinerX from.
Does AdMinerX work with Bing?
Not in AdMinerX itself. Upload saved page (.html) only reads a page you saved from a Google search, and a saved Bing page is refused. The AdMinerX Chrome extension can read a Bing search, but its captures stay in your browser and do not reach AdMinerX job history.
Is my saved page file uploaded to your servers?
No. AdMinerX reads the file on your device. Only the captured ads, keywords and shopping offers are saved to your AdMinerX history.
Is there a daily limit on AdMinerX uploads?
No. The AdMinerX upload card says Free on every plan · does not use a daily search. The Lite limit is per capture, at 5 ads.
How do I jump to another page quickly?
Press Ctrl K, or Cmd K on a Mac, or click Quick search… at the top of the left menu. Type part of a page name in the box that reads Jump to a tool or page, then pick it. It lists Home, the tools on your account and their pages, such as Capture and History under AdMinerX, plus Manage workspace. It finds pages, not your searches or ads. When nothing fits it says No matching destinations.
