Security page on our website: what is true in the app today
Read the Security page on our website and want to know what the app does? The page is at ppcadeditor.com/security/. It is a marketing page, so check a security point here before you rely on it in a client or vendor review. This page says what PPC Ad Editor does today.
Does PPC Ad Editor have two-factor authentication?
Not yet. The Security page says every account supports two-factor authentication, but sign-in does not ask for a second step today. In Settings, Login & security shows Two-factor authentication with ON or OFF, and its button reads Coming soon. A workspace Owner or Admin can mark a person as needing two-factor sign-in, but that does not add a second sign-in step yet. See Change your password: Login & security.
Does the Security page's role-based access exist?
Yes. Each teammate has a role that decides whether they edit, only view and comment, or invite people and manage billing, and each share link has its own permission. See Invites, roles, and guests.
Is PPC Ad Editor SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA or ISO certified?
Do not rely on a certification for PPC Ad Editor. PPC Ad Editor is not SOC 2 certified, not GDPR certified, and not HIPAA certified. If the Security page lists a certificate, ask us for the certificate itself before you put it in a review. See What PPC Ad Editor does not do.
I need answers for a security review or a vendor questionnaire
Contact support and say it is a security review. Ask Albert to open a ticket, or use Contact support in the editor. The team answers questions about hosting, backups, encryption and testing directly. Albert does not answer them from the website page.
