Do you have an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Enterprise is arranged with our sales team, not bought in checkout. Start on the Enterprise page of our website, ppcadeditor.com/enterprise/. It has two buttons:

• Contact Enterprise sales opens an email to our sales team in your mail app.
• Book an Enterprise Demo opens our contact page, ppcadeditor.com/contact-us/, so you can ask for a walkthrough first.

Can I buy Enterprise in checkout?

No. Our team agrees the terms and the price with you. Checkout in the app does not sell Enterprise, and there is no Enterprise button on the Free plan's upgrade screens. When you click Upgrade on Free, checkout sells Studio at $149 a month.

What is the difference between Studio and Enterprise?

Studio is the self-serve plan you can buy yourself from the app. Enterprise is for larger teams that need more than Studio and want it set up with our help. Two things in the app point to Enterprise:

• API keys. In Settings, the API Keys pane is for Enterprise workspaces. On other plans it says API access requires Enterprise.
• White Label, your own domain and logo on every preview. It is set up by hand, not self-serve. Request it from Manage workspace, then The Lab.

Can I see the product before I talk to sales?

Yes. Sign up free and build a preview, or open the sample editor at /demo in the app with no account. Book an Enterprise Demo if you want our team to walk you through it.

What does Billing show on an Enterprise workspace?

An Enterprise workspace is billed on a contract, so its Billing page works differently from self-serve checkout.

• Your products shows Studio · Enterprise with a Contract badge. Other products on the contract show In contract and Included.
• The heading note reads Changes go through your account manager. The footer shows the contract total and, when you are invoiced, Net 30.
• Products you do not have yet show Contract rate and Contact us instead of a price and Add. Clicking one opens a message to our team, and the page then says We'll be in touch within one business day.
• The payment card reads Paid by bank transfer, Card on file, or Plan managed by administration.

To add a product, seats or dashboards, or to change the contract, click Contact us. A checkout link on a contract workspace says This workspace is on a contract. Contact us to change what is included.

I already have an older plan that lists Enterprise

Some older paid plans show a plan list with Starter, Premium and Enterprise. Enterprise there has Contact Us instead of a price. Clicking it opens a window to contact our team. The website buttons above work too.
