Give feedback or suggest a feature

How do I give feedback, suggest a feature, or tell you what to add? Click Give feedback at the top right of Budget Pacer, Ad Recap, AdScanner or AdMinerX. Pick a rating from 1 to 5, write what you would change or add, and click Send feedback. Every signed-in user sees the button, on every plan.

How do I send feedback?

1. Open Budget Pacer, Ad Recap, AdScanner or AdMinerX and sign in.
2. Click Give feedback in the bar at the top of the page, on the right. It has a small dot beside it.
3. The Give feedback box opens and says We read every note.
4. Pick a rating from 1 to 5, or type in What should we change or add?, or both. A note can be up to 2,000 characters.
5. Click Send feedback. The box says Thanks, we got it.

Send feedback stays greyed out until you pick a rating or type a note. Press Escape or click the close button to shut the box without sending.

I want to tell you what to add

Click Give feedback. Type what you want us to add or change under What should we change or add? and click Send feedback. Your note goes to the team that builds that page.

Who reads my feedback?

The team that builds the page you sent it from. A note sent in Budget Pacer reaches the Budget Pacer team, and the same goes for Ad Recap, AdScanner and AdMinerX.

Will someone reply to my feedback?

Give feedback is for ideas and ratings, and it does not open a support request. If something is broken or you need an answer, ask Albert or contact support. See Ask Albert and Contact support.

I don't see Give feedback

• You need to be signed in. The button does not show on a signed-out page.
• In AdScanner and AdMinerX it sits at the right end of the bar above the tool, the one that shows the page name.
• The editor in Studio does not have a Give feedback button. To tell us about the editor, ask Albert or contact support.
