The five products
PPC Ad Editor is a suite of five products under one sign-in. The signed-in app opens on Studio, the ad editor. The left menu also lists Budget Pacer, AdRecap, AdScanner, and AdMinerX.
What each product does
- Studio is where you build ad previews, share them with clients, and collect comments and sign-off.
- Budget Pacer tracks spend against a budget across your linked ad accounts, with pacing alerts and projected spend.
- Ad Recap, shown as AdRecap in the left menu, captures every campaign change per account and sends recaps by email.
- AdScanner captures competitor ads from Google's Ads Transparency Center.
- AdMinerX extracts search ads from a saved Google results page and can send it into the editor as one preview. Albert can also run an AdMinerX search for you.
Which tools come with my account?
Which products do I already have with my account? Every account already has these. Studio starts on the Free plan, which includes 2 seats. AdScanner and AdMinerX are included at Lite with every account. Budget Pacer and Ad Recap start with a free trial with no card. When an Ad Recap trial ends, Ad Recap moves to its free plan. Products you do not have yet sit under Add to your suite in the left menu.
One bill for everything? How billing works across the products
Billing for every product is on one Billing page in Manage workspace. Your products lists each product with its status, such as FREE, Trial, Active, Past due or Cancels. Two or more paid products on one bill get a multi-product discount: 15% off each for two, 25% off each for three or more.
Owners and billing members buy products and start trials. Owners, admins and billing members can cancel one product and keep the others. See Add a product, Cancel a product, and My payment failed.
What is not a product
Insights, Negative KW, and Performance Anomaly are not available. They are listed in the grid menu at the top with Notify me, which only adds you to a list.
Formats and channels that are not in New Preview are not available in the editor, even when the marketing site has a page for them.
