    Step 5: Enter the new user’s email address A pop-up window titled “Invite others to access this account” will appear. Type the email address of the user you wish to grant access to in the provided field. The email address should be associated with the user’s Google account.

    Step 6: Choose the access level Select the appropriate access level for the new user from the dropdown menu. The options include:

    • Administrative access
    • Standard access
    • Read-only access
    • Email-only access

    Choose the access level that best suits the role and responsibilities of the user within your marketing team.

    Step 7: Click “Send Invitation” Once you have entered the email address and selected the access level, click the “Send Invitation” button. The user will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to accept and access your Google Ads account.

    Step 8: Wait for the user to accept the invitation The invited user needs to accept the invitation by clicking the “Accept Invitation” button within the email they received. Once they have accepted, their status will change to “Active” in your “Account access” settings.
