Download an AdMinerX capture as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)
To keep a copy of the ads you found, download any AdMinerX capture as a spreadsheet file from its capture page.
- Open the capture. Click its search term under Recent searches on the AdMinerX page, or in AdMinerX job history.
- On the AdMinerX capture page, click Download .xlsx. The button reads Downloading… while the file is built.
- Your browser saves a file named PPC Ads Editor.xlsx.
Why is Download .xlsx greyed out?
Download .xlsx stays off while the capture is queued or still running. Wait for it to finish, or click Refresh on the capture page, then download.
What is in the AdMinerX spreadsheet
The AdMinerX spreadsheet follows the PPC Ad Editor template. It has these sheets.
- Instructions
- Responsive Search Ads, with Campaign, Ad Group, Final URL, URL Path 1, URL Path 2, Headline 1 to Headline 15, Description 1 to Description 4, and Last Shown
- Keywords, with the related searches and match type Broad
- Sitelinks, Callouts and Snippets, with the extensions each ad showed
- Products, with Type, Product Title, Price, Advertiser, Image Link, Subtext, Additional Text and Keyword for each shopping offer. There is no link column. The offer's link is on the capture page.
Every row the capture kept is in the file, including the related searches and the shopping offers. The campaign is the search term, and each ad has its own ad group, named Ad1, Ad2 and so on.
Use the AdMinerX spreadsheet in the editor
The Instructions sheet of the AdMinerX spreadsheet reads PPC Ad Editor template. Import at studio.ppcadeditor.com. If you want the capture in the editor without handling a file, click Send to Studio on the same AdMinerX capture page instead.
Who can download an AdMinerX capture
Download .xlsx works on AdMinerX Lite and on AdMinerX Pro. It is part of AdMinerX, and it is separate from the editor's export. The spreadsheet stays with you. Nothing is sent to Google Ads.
