Your Account

To use PPC Ad Editor, you need to create an account. Here's what that means:

• Secure credentials – Keep your password safe; don't share it
• Account responsibility – You're responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person – Don't create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Age requirement – You must be 18 or older to use the service

Using the Service

PPC Ad Editor provides tools to create, preview, share, and export ad mockups for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms. You can use these features to:

• Create realistic ad previews for client presentations
• Collaborate with team members on ad copy and creative
• Export mockups for approval workflows
• Generate ad copy with AI assistance (where available)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PPC Ad Editor for your legitimate business purposes during your subscription period.

Your Content

When you upload or create content in PPC Ad Editor:

• Ownership – You retain all rights to your ad content and creative assets
• License to us – You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service
• No commercial use – We will never use your content for our marketing, AI training, or any other purpose
• Your responsibility – You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

Acceptable Use

We want PPC Ad Editor to be a safe and professional tool. You agree not to:

Prohibited Content

• Create ads promoting illegal products or services
• Upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Create misleading or deceptive advertising
• Generate content that violates advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Create content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination

Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Resell or redistribute PPC Ad Editor as your own product
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Interfere with the service's operation or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payment & Billing

PPC Ad Editor offers free and paid plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Billing cycle – Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment methods – We accept major credit cards via Stripe
• Automatic renewal – Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Price changes – We'll give 30 days notice before any price increases
• Failed payments – We'll attempt to collect payment and notify you of issues
• Taxes – Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

• When to cancel – Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Access continues – You'll retain access until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds – We don't provide refunds for unused time
• Data retention – After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion
• Reactivation – You can reactivate within 90 days without losing data

Intellectual Property

PPC Ad Editor's platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, belongs to us. This includes:

• The PPC Ad Editor name, logo, and branding
• Our website design and user interface
• Underlying software and algorithms
• Documentation and marketing materials

These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers

PPC Ad Editor is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, we can't guarantee:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs or issues will be immediately fixed
• The service will meet all your specific requirements
• Ad mockups will perfectly match live platform rendering (platforms change frequently)

We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
• We are not responsible for actions taken by advertising platforms based on your submitted ads

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top
• For significant changes, we'll notify you by email
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms
• If you disagree with changes, you can cancel your account
