Each product's Settings page holds your profile, the people on the workspace, integrations, and API keys. Prices and the payment method for every product live on Plans & billing. Invoice PDFs and receipts have their own page, Invoices & receipts.

## Where are my settings, and where is Plans & billing?

In the left menu, open Studio, AdScanner or AdMinerX and click Settings. The page title reads Settings. Budget Pacer and AdRecap have their own Settings rows inside each product.

The menu on the left of the page has three groups:

- Account holds Profile and Login & security.
- Workspace holds Plans & billing and Invoices & receipts. Plans & billing shows to owners, admins, billing members and editors. Only owners and billing members can buy or change capacity there, so an admin can see Plans & billing but not buy anything. Invoices & receipts shows to everyone. If you cannot download invoices, it has a lock next to it.
- Studio holds Users & dashboards, Integrations and API Keys. The first one shows how many seats are in use.

Plans & billing is where prices and the payment method live. You can also reach it with Manage workspace in the left menu. Invoice PDFs and receipts are on Invoices & receipts. See Invoices and receipts.

## Change my name

Open Profile. Display name is shown on your comments and approvals. Type a name and click Save, or press Enter. Discard puts the old name back. Name saved confirms it. A name can be up to 100 characters, and Save stays off while the box is empty.

## Send receipts and product mail to a different email

Profile has an Emails card. It lists the address you sign in with, which says it signs in and resets your password, or that you sign in with Google or Microsoft. Receipts and product mail go to your default. Only your login email signs in. A profile can hold up to 5 extra addresses, and they do not add a seat.

1. Click Add email, type the address, and click Send confirmation. The address shows a Pending tag and says Confirmation sent. Click the link in that inbox.
2. Open the email we send to that address and click the link. A page shows the address and a Confirm email button. Click it. The link only shows the address until you press the button. If the email did not arrive, click Resend. It then reads Sent again.
3. Once the address is confirmed, click Make default. It then shows a Default tag, and a note says receipts and product mail now go to that address.

Click Make default on your login email to send mail there again. Click Remove to take an extra address off the profile. Removing the default sends mail back to your login email.

Sign-in and password reset stay on the address you signed up with. Login & security shows how you sign in and has Change password for password sign-in. Two-factor authentication shows Coming soon.

These messages can appear when you add or confirm an address. That address is already in use means it belongs to another profile. That address is already on your profile means you added it before. This confirmation link has expired means you should click Resend for a new one. You've sent too many confirmation emails. Wait a few minutes and try again means you reached the sending limit. You can add up to 5 contact emails.

A new account cannot be registered with an address that is already confirmed on a profile.

## Send view and comment emails to the right address

Each confirmed address in the Emails card has a Receive notifications tick. When someone views a link you shared or comments on your preview, the email goes to every address you ticked. Receipts stay on your default address. A new confirmed address is not ticked, except the first one you confirm, which becomes your default and is ticked. One address must keep receiving notifications, so the last ticked one cannot be unticked. If none is ticked, mail goes to your login email. On a narrow screen the tick sits inside each address's row.

## Choose which dashboards a teammate sees

The Users & dashboards page sets who can view, comment on and approve ad previews, and which dashboards they see.

1. Find the dashboard in the list and click Manage access.
2. Dashboard access opens with the dashboard name and everyone on the workspace. Use Search people… to find someone.
3. Check a person to give them that dashboard. Uncheck them to take it away.
4. Click Save access.

Owner and Admin always see every dashboard, so they stay checked and cannot be changed. A teammate who shows All dashboards can be unchecked on one dashboard. They then keep the other live dashboards and lose that one. Checking someone on one dashboard does not give them dashboards created later. An invite that has not been accepted yet shows Pending.

## Can I invite a teammate on the Free plan? Seats and inviting teammates

How many people can I invite? Every plan can invite teammates. The Free plan includes 2 seats, you and one teammate. Studio Pro also includes 2 seats. An invitation that has not been accepted yet holds a seat.

To add more seats, open Billing and use Extra user seats under the Studio Pro row. On the Free plan, the button reads Upgrade to add and opens Studio Pro checkout. On Studio Pro, extra seats are added to your next invoice.

## Integrations

- Google Ads lists the accounts used to import campaigns and refresh metrics. A connection that needs to be signed in again shows Disconnected. With none, it says No Google Ads account connected yet.
- Slack notifications shows a lock and PREMIUM. It is not included in Studio Pro.

## API Keys

API keys are for Enterprise workspaces. On other plans the pane says API access requires Enterprise.
