Why do the articles in your knowledge base not open? The Knowledge Base page on our website, ppcadeditor.com/knowledge-base/, is a list of topics, not a set of articles yet. Its article titles do not link to a page, and its search box does not search. The answers are here, in Ask Albert, which reads the same help pages the support team keeps up to date.

## Where do I find the knowledge base or help center?

Ask Albert is the help center. Open it inside the app and type your question in your own words.

- In Studio, click Ask Albert in the top bar, or press Cmd+J on a Mac or Ctrl+J on Windows.
- In Budget Pacer and Ad Recap, click Ask Albert at the bottom of the left menu.

The website links to this page as Help Center on the Contact us page and as Knowledge Base on the Downloads page. Both lead to the same list of topics.

## The knowledge base search box does nothing

That is expected. The search box on the Knowledge Base page does not run a search, and the Popular Articles buttons stay on the same page. Ask Albert instead, or use these pages for the topics it lists.

- Getting started, your first ad, and your dashboard. See Get started and build your first ad.
- Sharing with clients, comments and sign-off. See Share a preview with your client, and Approval steps and reminders.
- Exporting to Google Ads Editor. See Export or download a preview.
- Upgrading, invoices and cancelling. See Studio price and billing, and Cancel a product or end a trial.
- Inviting teammates. See Users and dashboards.

## How do I reach a person?

Click Contact Support at the bottom of the Knowledge Base page, or fill in the form on ppcadeditor.com/contact-us/. Inside the app, ask Albert to pass your question to support, or use Contact support. See Contact support and talk to a person for where the reply goes.

## Does the knowledge base list everything the app does?

No. The topic titles on the page are a list, not a promise. A title on it, such as one about third-party integrations or PDF export options, is not proof the app does that today. Ask Albert what the app does now, and he answers from pages checked against the app.
