Common questions about the PPC Ad Editor editor: where things are, sharing, previews, AI copy, and export.

## Where is the Share button in the editor?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, Share with client is the blue button at the top right. The first click takes you to Copy client link above the live preview. If that is already on screen, the click opens Share preview, where you choose what the link allows. Share settings, under More options, opens the same dialog.

## Does my client need an account to open the link?

No. The PPC Ad Editor client link opens the preview in a browser with no login. It always shows the current version, so edits you make later appear on the same link. To see the page the way your client does, click the See what they see icon on the live preview. It opens the client page in a new tab.

## Where do I export to Google Ads Editor?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, click Export at the top right, then Google Ads Editor CSV. In the dialog, pick Google Ads Editor (CSV) and click Export CSV. Export appears on responsive search, responsive display, and Performance Max previews. A ChatGPT ad exports an OpenAI Ads Manager workbook instead. Export is on every plan, Free tier included. If Export is missing, check the format. Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads previews have no export file. PPC Ad Editor does not push ads to Google Ads.

## Where is the asset library?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, click the asset library button at the top right. It reads Assets on wide screens. It opens the library for that preview, with tabs for Sitelinks, Callouts, Structured Snippets, Call, Images, Logos, and Business Names.

## How do I make another preview?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, click New at the top left, next to the preview name. On a dashboard, click New Preview. Pick where you want to advertise and the format, name the preview, and choose how to start: Draft with AI, Start from scratch, Import from Google Ads, or Import from file.

## Can I import from Google Ads on the Free plan?

Yes. On the Free tier you can link one Google Ads account and import from it. Studio links as many Google Ads accounts as you need. See Download a Google Ads account into a preview.

## How do I rename, duplicate, or delete a preview?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, open More options, the three dots at the top right. It has Rename preview, Duplicate preview, and Delete preview. You can also double-click the preview name to rename it. Delete preview moves the preview to that dashboard's trash. You can restore it from there. Previews in the trash are deleted for good after 30 days.

## How do I get AI to write the ad copy?

When you create a preview in PPC Ad Editor, pick Draft with AI under How do you want to start?. It reads your site, builds campaigns and ad groups with keywords, and writes the ads, sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets. In the editor, click Suggest copy beside the headlines or descriptions for new lines in that section. The menu next to it has Add brand context. AI drafting is on the Free tier. If you see Replace the placeholder URL, put the real final URL on the ad first.

## Can my client approve the ad from the link?

Yes, on the Studio plan. In Share preview, set the link to Approval. Your client sees Approve and Request changes, adds their name, and confirms. Approval is a Studio feature. It is not included on the Free tier, where the Approval option shows a Studio lock.

## Can I preview programmatic ads or organic posts?

Programmatic ads, yes. Programmatic is available with Studio. In New Preview, pick Programmatic. Click Create ad and pick Display banner, Native, Video, or HTML5 banner. You can upload display banners (JPG, PNG, or GIF), video ads (MP4 or WebM), or a ZIP of an HTML5 banner, or build a native ad with an image, a logo, a headline, and a call to action. Each banner, video, or ZIP file becomes its own ad. See Preview programmatic ads. Importing ads from a DSP such as DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Adform, or Amazon DSP is not connected yet.

Organic social posts are not in the editor. The Lab, under Manage workspace, lists channels that are not in the app, such as TikTok. You can add yourself to a list there. To ask for something else, tell Albert what you need and he sends it to the product team.

## Where can I read the full primary text of a Meta ad?

In the PPC Ad Editor editor, open the Preview tab, next to Editor at the top. It lists every primary text in full with its character count. The mobile feeds in the live preview stop after three lines with See more, or more on Instagram, the way Meta does.

## How does client commenting work on a share link?

Set the share link to Commentor in Share preview. Your client opens the link with no account, adds their name the first time they post, and can click a headline, description, or primary text to comment on that line. Their comments show up in your Comments panel with a Guest badge, and the preview's creator gets an email about each new comment.
