Copy client link is the blue button on the live preview frame. One click copies the public link for this exact preview, so you can paste it to your client.

## What happens when I click Copy client link?

The link is copied and the button shows Copied. A card appears under the preview that says "Link copied" and explains that it opens the live ad with no login. Your client opens the page in a browser with no account. The page stays current as you edit the ad.

The card also offers next steps under Send to client for approval:

- Approve opens Share preview with Approval picked, so your client can sign off. Approval is a Studio feature.
- Export opens the export options for this preview.

## Can PPC Ad Editor email the link for me?

Yes. After you copy a link, the card asks "Who's reviewing this one?" until you answer or skip it. Type an email address and click Email the link. That person gets the same link by email. Click Skip (I'll send it myself) to hide the question. Client or teammate, it is the same link either way.

- When the email goes out, you see Link emailed, with the address it was sent to.
- Enter a valid email means the address is not a full email address. Check for a typo and try again.
- Couldn't send the email means the email did not go out. You can still copy the link and send it yourself.

## What can my client do on the link?

That follows the link's permission: Viewer, Commentor, Approval or Editor. Change it in Share preview, under Permission level. Approval and Editor are Studio features. See Share link permissions.

## What does Client preview link above my ad mean?

It marks the frame around the live preview your client will see. The frame is labelled Client preview link, with the caption Copy the client link to send this exact page, followed by a note that it needs no account and is always current. Right after your first ad is built, the caption reads First ad generated, followed by a prompt to copy the client link to send it. They don't need an account. Click Not now to hide that reminder.

## Does it make a copy of my ad?

No. The button copies an address. It does not duplicate the preview, and the link always shows the latest version.

## Why did Copy client link ask me to upgrade?

On the Free tier, one preview at a time can have a client link. Copying a link for a second preview opens the Studio offer. The first link stays live. Moving the shared preview to Trash frees the slot.
