Coming back to a Free account that has more than one client dashboard? PPC Ad Editor asks which client to keep editing. Pick the one you work on most. Nothing is deleted, and your other dashboards stay in your account.

## Why do I see Choose the client you want to keep active?

Free includes one editable workspace. When your Free account, or an account whose trial has ended, holds more than one client dashboard and none is picked yet, signing in opens a page headed YOUR FREE WORKSPACE with the title Choose the client you want to keep active. Your other work stays safe and visible. Upgrading to Studio makes every workspace editable again.

## Which client to keep, and how do I pick one?

1. Each client dashboard is listed with its name, how many previews it has, such as 3 previews, and when it was last edited, such as Edited Oct 12, 2026. Why does the button say Choose a workspace? Because no client is picked yet. Click one and the button changes.
2. Click the client you want to keep working on.
3. Click the Continue with button, which shows that client's name. The button shows Activating workspace… while it saves.
4. That client's dashboard opens, and you can edit there as usual.

Nothing is deleted. The page says so under the button: Nothing is deleted. You can switch again after the existing cooldown. So you can switch to another client later, after the waiting period between switches.

## What if the page does not load?

If you see We couldn't load your workspaces, your saved work is still safe. The page says Retry to choose your active Free workspace. Click Retry. If a choice fails, the page shows Unable to select this workspace. Try again.

## What does a new Free account see?

A new Free account goes to the first-ad screen until it builds a first ad or chooses to explore on its own. After that, signing in opens the dashboard. The Free welcome address opens the dashboard too. See Get started and build your first ad.

## What does Your work is safe on Free mean?

After you pick a client, the dashboard can show a blue bar headed Your work is safe on Free. It says this workspace stays editable within Free's included creative slots. Any work beyond those slots stays visible but locked, and Studio unlocks every slot and additional workspaces. Click Got it to hide it.

## I pay for Studio. Why would I see this?

You should not. A paid Studio account opens its dashboard directly. If you see this page while on Studio, open Billing under Manage workspace to check your plan, or contact support.
