# Accept an invitation and find your dashboards Source: https://www.ppcadeditor.com/knowledge-base/studio/accept-an-invitation/ Last verified: 2026-10-29 Open the link in your invitation email, sign in with the address it was sent to, and click Accept Invitation. The workspace that invited you then opens on its Dashboards page. Accepting is free, and the invitation works for 7 days. ## How do I accept an invitation? 1. Open the email, "You've been invited to join … on PPC Ad Editor", and click Accept invitation. 2. The page You're Invited! shows who invited you, the workspace name, your role, the date the invitation expires, and the address it was sent to. 3. If you are not signed in: - You already have an account with that email: click Login to Accept, sign in, and you come back to the invitation. - You do not have an account: click Create Account. The invited email is filled in for you. If you sign up with email and password, you join the workspace as soon as the account is made. If you sign up with Google, you come back to the invitation. 4. Signed in with the invited email, click Accept Invitation. 5. Welcome to the Team! shows, then Redirecting to dashboard.... The invited workspace opens on its Dashboards page. ## Where are my assigned dashboards after I accept? In the workspace that invited you, not in your own. Accepting switches you into that workspace and opens its Dashboards page. If you later land in your own workspace, click the workspace name at the top of the left menu, under Workspace. Pick the workspace that invited you from the Workspaces list. Each one shows your role and how many members it has. If the invitation named certain dashboards, you see only those. If a dashboard you expect is missing, ask an Owner or Admin of that workspace to add you. They open Settings, then Users & dashboards, and click Manage access on that dashboard. If you were already a member of that workspace, accepting adds the invitation's dashboards to what you can already see. ## Why does it say Email mismatch? You are signed in with a different address from the one the invitation was sent to. The page says which address is signed in and which was invited. An invitation only works for the address it was sent to. Under Choose an option to continue, click Log out and try again. Or click Login with, or Create account with, followed by the invited address. If you want to use a different address, ask the workspace to invite that address instead. ## Why does it say Invalid Invitation? The invitation can no longer be used. The page says why: - "This invitation has expired": it is more than 7 days old. - "This invitation has been revoked": the workspace cancelled it. - "This invitation has been accepted": it was already used. Sign in and look in the Workspaces list. - "Invitation not found", or "This invitation link is not valid or has expired.": the link is wrong or incomplete. Open it again from the email. Ask an Owner or Admin of the workspace for a new invitation. In Settings, under Users & dashboards, they can click Resend invite on your row while it is still waiting. That emails you the same link and gives it 7 more days. Otherwise they cancel it and invite you again. If accepting fails with "This invitation is no longer available." or "This invitation no longer reserves an editor seat", the invitation or its seat changed after it was sent. Ask for a new invitation. ## What is a Join link? A Join link adds you to a whole workspace, not one dashboard. The page says Join, followed by the workspace name. - Signed in, it shows Joining as with your name and email. Click Join workspace. - Not signed in, click Create account & join, or Sign in & join. You join as an Editor. You see Welcome to, followed by the workspace name, and then the app opens. If it opens your own workspace, switch from the Workspaces list in the left menu. If you are already in that workspace, you see "You're already a member of this workspace!". If the page says "This account-wide invite link is no longer available. Ask the workspace owner for a dashboard invitation.", ask for an email invitation instead. Invalid invite link means the link is wrong or expired. Ask your team for a new one. If the workspace has no free seat, joining stops and the owner needs more seats first. ## Where are previews shared with me? There is no separate Shared with me list. A preview someone shares by link opens from that link, with no account needed, so keep the email or message it came in. Previews in a workspace you joined are on that workspace's Dashboards page. An old Shared previews address opens Dashboards. ## What is the Who's working on this with you? step? Some new workspaces see this step right after sign-up, marked Step 3 of 4. Type addresses under Email addresses, pick Invite as Editor, Commenter or Admin, and click Send invites & continue. Or click Skip for now to go straight to building. A seat bar shows how many seats are used and left. If you joined by invitation, you skip this step. ## Does it cost anything to join a workspace? No. Accepting an invitation is free. Seats belong to the workspace that invited you. Free includes 2 seats, the owner and one teammate. If the workspace needs more seats, its Owner or Admin adds them from its plan, not you.
