# Find your old AdMinerX searches in job history

AdMinerX job history lists every capture you have made, newest first, and keeps them on Lite and on Pro. That includes your uploads and the searches Albert ran for you.

## Where to find AdMinerX job history

In the left sidebar, choose AdMinerX, then History. You can also click All N jobs → next to Recent searches on the AdMinerX page. Recent searches shows only your four newest captures. The full list is titled AdMinerX job history.

## What each row in AdMinerX job history shows

- When is the date and time of the capture.
- Advertiser shows the search term for an AdMinerX capture. Click it to open the capture.
- Run by is who made the capture.
- Engine reads Your browser for an upload. For a search Albert ran, it names the engine used, such as Standard.
- Status is done, or partial when your plan's limit stopped the capture. A search Albert ran can also read running while it works, failed when the search could not finish, or cancelled when you stopped it. A search that ran and found no ads shows done with 0 captured.
- Captured is how many ads were kept.
- Skipped counts ads left out by the Lite limit, marked (quota).

Each row also has its own Send to Studio link.

## Filter AdMinerX job history

Type in Filter by advertiser to find a search term. The status filter offers All statuses, Done, Partial, Running and Failed. A cancelled search is listed under Failed. The engine filter offers Both engines, Extension and Server. Your uploads sit under Extension, and the searches Albert ran sit under Server. Click Refresh to reload the list. If nothing fits, the page says No jobs match these filters.

## Send a set of AdMinerX captures as one preview

When more than one capture is showing, AdMinerX job history offers Send all N to Studio. It sends exactly what your filters show, up to 25 captures, as one preview with one campaign per search term. With more than 25 showing, the button reads Send newest 25 to Studio.

## How long AdMinerX keeps your captures

AdMinerX keeps your captures on Lite and on Pro. The line under the title reads Your jobs stay here. History is kept. The footer of the table counts your jobs and captured ads, and says History is kept again.

## Who sees your AdMinerX job history

Job history lists the captures made with your own sign-in, whichever workspace you open AdMinerX from. A teammate who signs in with their own account sees their own captures. To share a capture, send it into a PPC Ad Editor project your teammates can open.

## When AdMinerX job history is empty

With no captures yet, the page shows Nothing saved here yet and an Upload a results page button. It takes you back to the AdMinerX page to upload a saved page.
