Yes. Ad Recap has a free plan: 1 ad account and the last 7 days of change history. Everything else works for that account, including the Dashboard, the Written recap, the recap email and Email recap. More accounts and longer history need the paid Ad Recap plan, which is $19 a month per linked account.

## Who is on the free plan?

Any workspace without a paid Ad Recap plan or a running Ad Recap trial. That includes a workspace whose Ad Recap trial has ended. Your Ad Recap pages stay usable after a trial ends. In the product menu the Ad Recap chip says Free and the line under it says Free plan · 1 ad account · last 7 days.

## Can I watch more than one ad account for free?

No. The free plan includes 1 ad account.

1. Open Ad Recap and click Accounts in the left menu.
2. Open the account picker for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.
3. A banner at the top says The free plan includes 1 ad account. Upgrade to watch more. If you already watch one, it says The free plan includes 1 ad account, and you're already watching it. Upgrade to watch more.
4. Tick one account and add it. Ticking a different one swaps your pick. If you already watch an account, the picker does not let you tick another. Click Upgrade in the banner to buy the paid plan and watch more.

If you try to add a second account anyway, that account is not added and says The free plan includes 1 ad account. Upgrade to watch more.

## My trial ended and I was watching several accounts

You can still open Ad Recap, see your accounts and remove the ones you do not need. Other actions say The free plan includes 1 ad account. Remove the others or upgrade to keep using them. Remove accounts on the Accounts screen until one is left, or upgrade to keep them all. Disconnecting an account deletes that account's saved change history.

## How much history do I see on the free plan?

The last 7 days. On the Ad Recap Dashboard, Last 7 days works as usual. Last 14 days and Last 30 days show a lock, and clicking one opens the upgrade page instead of changing the range. Hover a locked range and it says Upgrade for longer history. The change list, the Written recap and Ask Albert only cover those 7 days too.

Changes older than 7 days are deleted each night on the free plan and can't be restored, even after you upgrade.

## The monthly email on the free plan is short

The recap email still goes out on the free plan, on the schedule you picked. A Monthly email can only include the changes still kept, so on the free plan it covers about the last 7 days, not the whole month. Pick Weekly or Daily if you want every change in the email.

## What if I had a paid plan before?

When a paid plan or trial ends, your full history is kept for 30 days first. Ad Recap Settings shows Full history kept until and a date, with a Reactivate button. After that date you are on the free plan and only the last 7 days are kept. A workspace that never had a plan or trial starts with 7 days.

## Where do I see which plan I am on?

Open Ad Recap Settings and scroll to How long we keep your history. On the free plan it says Free plan: last 7 days of history, with an Upgrade for longer history button. The Dashboard shows the same notice.

## How do I upgrade?

Click Upgrade in the account picker banner, Upgrade for longer history on the Dashboard or in Settings, or a locked date range. Each opens the Ad Recap checkout. Paid plans keep unlimited history, and nothing is deleted while you're subscribed.
